MOULINEX PRODUCT GUARANTEE

TERMS OF GUARANTEE
MOULINEX products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year starting from the initial date of purchase. The MOULINEX guarantee is an extra benefit which does not affect consumer's Statutory Rights. The guarantee covers all costs related to restoring the proven defective product so that it conforms to its original specifications, through the repair or replacement of any defective part and the necessary labour. At MOULINEX’s choice, a replacement product may be provided instead of repairing a defective product.  MOULINEX’s sole obligation and your exclusive resolution under this guarantee are limited to such repair or replacement, if the product is returned together with a proof of purchase, to an authorised MOULINEX Service Agent. Always use the original packaging or a storage box to prevent additional damage and also obtain a proof of posting.

Any repairs carried out by non authorised personnel will invalidate the guarantee.

No rights are given under this guarantee to a person acquiring the appliance second hand.

Any repaired or replaced appliance will be guaranteed on these terms for the unexpired portion of the guarantee.

This guarantee will not cover the following:
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product or not used in accordance with instructions.

If the product has not been maintained correctly (eg descaled/cleaned as necessary) according to the instructions of use.

Any glass or porcelain ware incorporated in the product.

Damage caused due to the use of the product on voltage or frequency other than that stamped on the product.

Professional or commercial use, other than normal domestic use.

Normal wear and tear.

Damage suffered through overloading, improper use, negligence or accident including fire, flood, etc..

Consumable items are not covered under the guarantee. They include, but are not limited to, filters, seals, batteries, etc.
